Sensory Profile
A deep straw-yellow with brilliant greenish highlights. The nose shows elegant, complex floral and fruit aromas, opening to plum and yellow peach, and ending on notes of mineral and garden vegetables. Very supple and savoury on the palate, with tasty vein of acidity.
Serving suggestions
VIR is our white wine with sensory characteristics of a red wine; it matches perfectly with every fish dish, but we recommend to taste it with a sea bream, clams and mussels.
