Sensory profile
A deep straw-yellow with brilliant greenish highlights. The nose shows elegant, complex floral and fruit aromas, opening to plum and yellow peach, and ending on notes of mineral and garden vegetables. Very supple and savoury on the palate, with tasty vein of acidity.
Serving suggestions
Pieces of monkfish with herbs, noodles with squid and prawns, mullet fillets with ham. Aperitifs and appetizers. Cuttlefish salad with chives.
