Sensory Profile
Ruby red in hue, lovely blossoms and fruit open on the nose, hinting of violets, rose petals, cherry, and raspberry. Rich, ripe fruit reappears nicely on the palate, complemented with youthful, vibrant tannins, composing a seductive wine of enrapturing complexity and sensory appeal.

Potted quail, lamb with wild herbs, tagliolini in pheasant sauce, duck in red wine, stewed lamb with potatoes.
