Sensory profile

Ruby red in hue, lovely blossoms and fruit open on the nose, hinting of violets, cherry, and raspberry. Rich, ripe fruit reappears nicely on the palate, complemented with youthful, vibrant tannins, composing a seductive wine of enrapturing complexity and sensory appeal.

Arrosticini or jugged hare.
